Ordering Process

Register (log-in) An Account

• Be sure to write down and safely keep your account name and password.

Browse, Navigate and Search the Collection

• Browse the Collection ('launch') page
• Navigate though the left side categories
• Search by clicking on the top bar 'Search'
  (Search by keyword; please note it is being expanded.)

Remember that the site uses pink, dark edged, graphics for navigation. Many categories have many pages. Click through or scroll down and enjoy the many fascinating designs. 

Fill and Review Your Basket

If you like it or it catches your attention, place it into the basket. You have the option to adjust your order before checking out.

• When selecting a product, you will be asked to 'Select Format' on all product additions. You can not add an item to your basket without first selecting its related attribute(s).
• Review your order closely before entering contact (if not logged in) and payment information.
  • Check for proper formats on all files.
  • Quantity of items should be one (1) unless you are buying or distributing them for additional persons.

Checkout

Enter the final checkout (and avoid the lines).

This will be important and save you time when you access the web site later. If you are returning, you will not need to re-enter address. Customer information (but be sure to check the check box).

• Login to Existing Account:
• Create New Account
• Place Order Without Account

Items needed to complete login include such things as a log-in (account name), password, name, address, e-mail, phone, etc.

Address information may include up to two items: 1) 'Ship To' and 2) 'Bill To' (if a different address). If they are the same, merely enter it in once on Ship To (left side) and press Continue. Then both areas will be filled with the same information.

• Double check the address and order information.
• Select shipping and payment options and then the Continue button.
• Enter the credit card (CC) information and its expiration. Press 'Continue'.
• You are now transported to the payment gateway and merchant. Now 'Submit Transaction for Processing'
• Note pop-up information regarding Zundt Design, Ltd. copyright.
• Print this invoice page for your records (if needed).

Now 'Return to Shopping'; then go to either 'Home' or 'Collection'. At this point you remain logged in and should log-out.
